There was a time when I thought the breakthrough was the point
After I left the corporate world, I retrained in Nutrition and started my business as an Intuitive Eating & Living Coach. In 2019 my book Intuitive Living was published and my business was booming.
I had the marketing knowledge and I had the strategy. On paper, everything was moving.
But what really shifted me wasn’t my own growth.
I was watching brilliant humans – people I’d trained alongside and friends in the service industry – who were struggling to get their work seen.
Their service was powerful, their integrity was intact but they didn’t have the skill set to translate their brilliance into visibility, and sales.
That’s when I pivoted into business mentoring.
I hadn’t thought of being a business mentor but I knew I wanted good work from good people to travel further.
For me, the centre
has always been this:
make millions. but consciously.
I believe the world changes when money circulates into the hands of people who will use it well.

and then
i hit my own ceiling
During a breakthrough year, revenue grew fast and I outsourced aggressively to keep up, stretching myself thin trying to meet the numbers I had set.
The business was expanding, but my nervous system wasn’t.
I was trying to hold a level of growth I didn’t yet have the capacity for, and that experience changed my work forever.
I stopped chasing scale and started building differently with my nervous system at the centre, with architecture that respected the human running it and with maturation as the foundation, not the afterthought.
Now I live the path of integrated success and building business in-line with my capacity, and that feels like home.
And I didn’t get here alone. I don’t believe in ‘self-made woman’ because if there’s one thing I know, it’s the people around me have fundamentally shaped the business and life I have now.
I bring the best people into my spaces to co-coach, challenge, and strengthen the container and have a superstar team of three around me.
This - my work - matters.
Not just revenue and growth but autonomy, capacity and integrated leadership.

Her philosophy is simple: make millions, but consciously - and build what you can hold.
