Pandora built a successful career in marketing, reaching Director level by 25, working for some of the worlds leading brands.
On paper, it worked but internally, it didn’t.
Age 27, she hit her saturn return and decided to walk away in search for a different version of success. A decade later and she’s running a million dollar company, serving some of the worlds visionary entrepreneurs.
The two decades of experience have taught her that most “business problems” are capacity problems. So she built a body of work at the intersection of human maturity and business architecture.
Because she believes businesses cannot outgrow the capacity of the person running them.
Now, she supports ambitious, conscious leaders to expand their capacity, refine their structures, and build businesses they can actually hold.
