With over 20 years of experience in marketing, messaging and revenue strategy, I’ve seen that most “strategy problems” are capacity problems.
My work supports ambitious entrepreneurs to expand their leadership, integrate their identity, and design businesses that grow without breaking the human holding them.
I began my career as a nutritionist specialising in intuitive eating, publishing my first book in 2019. I witnessed brilliant practitioners struggle to translate their expertise into profitable businesses so I pivoted into business mentoring to bridge that gap.
Then in 2021 I hit my own glass ceiling. After a ‘best year in business’, I hit a wall and nothing felt sustainable. I was trying to hold a level of growth I didn’t yet have the capacity for, and that experience changed my work forever.
I stopped chasing scale and started building differently with my nervous system at the centre.
Now I help visionaries diagnose their bottlenecks, expand their leadership capacity, and design sales ecosystems that compound.
