I started my career as a nutritionist specializing in intuitive eating, published a book on it in 2019 (one of my first masterpieces), and then moved into business coaching - because the same thing was true in both rooms. I realised my genius wasn’t just in messaging and sales systems, it was in seeing the human being running the business, and the mastery that lived within them.
